So to get started ; stir fry about 5 to 7 chicken sausages. Roughly chop them up. To that, mix one finely chopped onion. Mix it with 3 tbsp of mayonnaise. I used the egg less mayonnaise. Season with some basil, check salt and put a dash of pepper. Place the filling on the cream crackers. If you wanna get fancy, you can add some grated cheese. Garnish with olive rounds and coriander leaves....
That's all. . You can serve them at room temperature or chilled. You can also replace the chicken sausages with tinned tuna, luncheon meat or bacon.
